At Downtown Apartments we combine exceptional locations with refined design, creating places perfect for relaxation. Sunset Wood Resort House 5, located a short distance from the sea, offers a peaceful atmosphere close to nature and interiors designed with comfort and aesthetics in mind.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT

This unique, two-level house with an area of 55 m² fascinates with its designer decor, homely character, and cozy atmosphere. The combination of natural wood, brick, modern details, and warm accents creates a stylish interior perfect for family relaxation or a stay with friends. The thoughtful room layout ensures convenience and comfort, and the apartment is designed for a maximum of 7 adults.

First floor:

• On the first level, there is a spacious living room which is the heart of the apartment. Guests have at their disposal a comfortable pull-out sofa, and opposite it a TV with satellite channels and Smart TV function. In the corner of the room, there is an atmospheric wood-burning fireplace, which creates a unique atmosphere on cooler evenings. Large windows brighten the interior and lead to an outdoor relaxation area.
• Behind the house, there is a spacious, private terrace equipped with comfortable garden chairs and a table. An additional advantage is the private jacuzzi located on the terrace, perfect for relaxation at any time of day. It is an ideal place for morning coffee, outdoor rest, or a quiet evening in an intimate atmosphere. The terrace perfectly complements the relaxation space, offering comfort and extra outdoor space.
• The modern kitchenette combines functionality with aesthetics. It is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, coffee machine, a fridge, and a washing machine. Next to it is a dining table with chairs, providing a comfortable place for shared meals and spending time together. For guests’ convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices is prepared.

Second floor:

• The upper level houses a comfortable bedroom equipped with three single beds. The bright interior and cozy accents encourage peaceful rest, and the room layout is perfect for children or a group of friends.
• Second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and an atmospheric decor with decorative wallpaper, creating an elegant and relaxing space to unwind after a day full of experiences.
• The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and stylish fittings. Carefully selected materials and elegant finishing ensure comfort and convenience during the stay. Guests are provided with hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries, including shower gel, shampoo and soap.

The house is located on Grzybiarzy Street in Tupadły, in a quiet and intimate area right next to Jastrzębia Góra - one of the most popular seaside resorts on the Polish coast. It is an excellent location for those seeking relaxation close to the sea, yet far from the city hustle.

In summer, the area dazzles with wide beaches and numerous walking and cycling routes. In just a few minutes you can reach the beaches in Jastrzębia Góra, Ostrowo and Karwia, ideal for sunbathing and active relaxation. Nearby the center of Jastrzębia Góra, you will find restaurants, cafés, ice cream parlors, and holiday attractions for the whole family.

In spring and autumn, the area becomes a true paradise for nature lovers and peaceful relaxation. Picturesque cliffs, forests, and trails along the coast encourage walking, nordic walking, and cycling trips. It is also an ideal time to visit the Lighthouse in Rozewie, the Lisi Jar Gorge, or the Baltic Sea viewpoints.

In winter, the region delights with silence, sea air rich in iodine and the unique atmosphere of empty beaches and the raw, beautiful coast. It is a perfect place for regeneration, long walks on the seashore, and rest away from daily rush.

The location also provides convenient access to nearby attractions, such as Władysławowo, Hel, Puck and Tricity, making it possible to combine your stay with sightseeing the whole region. In the area, there are grocery stores, restaurants, and service points, guaranteeing comfort during every stay - regardless of the season.
