At Downtown Apartments we combine unique locations with refined design, creating places perfect for relaxation. Sunset Wood Resort House 4, located a short distance from the sea, offers a peaceful atmosphere close to nature and interiors designed with comfort and aesthetics in mind.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT

A unique, two-level house with an area of 55 m² delights with its designer decor, homely character, and cozy atmosphere. The combination of natural wood, brick, modern details, and warm accents creates a stylish interior perfect for family relaxation or a stay with friends. The thoughtful room layout ensures convenience and comfort, and the apartment is designed for a maximum of 7 adults.

First floor:

• On the first level, there is a spacious living room which is the heart of the apartment. Guests have at their disposal a comfortable sofa bed, and opposite it, a TV with satellite channels and Smart TV functionality. In the corner of the room, there is an atmospheric wood-burning fireplace, creating a unique ambience during cooler evenings. Large windows brighten the interior and lead to the outdoor relaxation area.
• Behind the house, there is a spacious, private terrace equipped with comfortable garden armchairs and a table. An additional advantage is the private jacuzzi on the terrace, which promotes relaxation at any time of the day. It's an ideal spot for morning coffee, resting outdoors, or a quiet evening in an intimate atmosphere. The terrace perfectly complements the relaxation area, providing comfort and extra space for spending time outside.
  
• A modern kitchenette combines functionality with aesthetics. It is equipped with a oven, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, fridge and washing machine. Next to it, there is a dining table with chairs, which is a comfortable place for shared meals and spending time together. For guest convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices is prepared.

Second floor:

• On the upper level, there is a comfortable bedroom equipped with three single beds. The bright interior and cozy accents promote peaceful rest, and the room layout is perfect for children or a group of friends.
• The second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and a cozy décor with decorative wallpaper, creating an elegant and relaxing space to unwind after a day full of experiences.
• The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and stylish fixtures. Carefully chosen materials and elegant finishes ensure comfort and convenience during the stay. Hotel towels and a basic set of cosmetics, including shower gel, shampoo and soap.

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

The apartment comes with a ground-level parking space.

The house features a wood-burning fireplace, jacuzzi, and grill.

LOCATION

The house is located on Grzybiarzy Street in Tupadły, in a quiet and intimate area right next to Jastrzębia Góra - one of the most popular seaside resorts on the Polish coast. It is an excellent location for those seeking relaxation close to the sea, yet away from the city hustle and bustle.

In summer, the area enchants with wide beaches and numerous walking and cycling routes. In a few minutes, you can reach the beaches of Jastrzębia Góra, Ostrowo and Karwia, ideal for sunbathing and active recreation. Nearby, the center of Jastrzębia Góra offers restaurants, cafés, ice cream parlors and holiday attractions for the whole family.

In spring and autumn, the area becomes a true paradise for nature lovers and peaceful relaxation. Picturesque cliffs, forests and paths along the coast encourage walks, nordic walking and bike trips. It's also an ideal time to visit the Rozewie Lighthouse, Lisi Jar Gorge and viewpoints on the Baltic Sea.

In winter, the region enchants with silence, sea air rich in iodine and the unique atmosphere of empty beaches and the raw, beautiful coast. This is a perfect place for regeneration, long walks along the seashore and relaxation away from the daily rush.

The location also provides convenient access to nearby attractions, such as Władysławowo, Hel, Puck and the Tri-City area, allowing guests to combine their stay with sightseeing around the region. Nearby, there are grocery stores, restaurants and service points, ensuring comfort during every stay - regardless of the season.
