The Downtown Apartments are the ideal combination of top hotel standard and the functionality of a private flat. Pleasant, snow-white bed linen and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, there is a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner and body lotion. Our guests' stay is also enhanced by a welcome pack in the form of a selection of teas, coffee and basic seasonings.
Nadmotławie B12 is the perfect choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for a 3-person family or a couple. Although the apartment is small — it is 30 m² — it will meet the requirements of the most demanding guests. The living room is equipped with a comfortable and stylish sofa and a SMART TV. A separate room is a well-equipped kitchen. Dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, fridge with freezer and utensils that make meal preparation easier. The bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower.
Apartment Nadmotławie B12 is located on the first floor of a modern apartment building opened in December 2020. It is right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is only just beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's townhouses. A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom and a gym. Use of the area is included in the apartment price.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows cars with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also allows cars equipped with LPG installations. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
