Nadmotławie 97 is the ideal choice for a very romantic and very comfortable stay in Gdańsk for two. Although the apartment is compact at 30m2, it will meet the demands of the most discerning. It is stylishly furnished, and the layout ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable, large bed. Facing it is a large SMART TV. In this small space there is room for a table that easily provides comfort for a morning breakfast or any other meal. Meal preparation is possible in the fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a stay of several days. A separate room is the bathroom, equipped with a shower. Additional space is provided by a balcony furnished with comfortable furniture. The balcony is an ideal place for morning coffee and an evening drink. 

The Nadmotławie 97 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right by the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town tenement houses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's communal area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
