Waterlane SPA D16 is a definitely unique apartment. It's not just about its size (115 m2). The biggest distinguishing feature is the style, equipment and quality of finishing. Another great advantage is the view from the fourth floor overlooking the Motława River and, in the background, the historic Old Town. The apartment, which is intended for a maximum of 6 people, consists of two bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms, a large living room with a very well-equipped kitchenette, a toilet, and a balcony. Bedroom beds are equipped with comfortable mattresses. The sofa in the living room, thanks to the Italian frame, is as comfortable as the mattresses in the bedroom.

The apartment is characterized by above-average equipment - a fireplace that makes the evenings more pleasant, which can be conveniently operated from the level of a sofa or armchair, and a billiard table. Mandatory kitchen equipment is a coffee machine and a solid supply of coffee beans.

A few floors below the apartment there is a SPA zone consisting of a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym. Availability depends on the number of places available.

Waterlane is one of the most popular apartment buildings in Gdańsk. It is located in a very prestigious location, right next to the historic Old Town. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are all the most important attractions of Gdańsk. On the ground floor of the building you will find a restaurant, a cafe and a grocery store.

Due to renovation works taking place nearby, guests may experience minor noise disturbances.
