Any date:

- Scope of validity: The voucher can be redeemed for a stay in any apartment in all our locations, the House on the Water, the House in Kashubia or Masuria managed by Downtown Apartments
- Validity period: The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Reservations: Reservations must be made through our website.
- Amount: The voucher can be used in full or partially – any price difference must be paid.
- More than one value voucher can be used in a single reservation – the price of the stay will be reduced by their total value.
- Refunds and exchanges: The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
- Additional costs: If the value of the stay exceeds the voucher amount, the difference must be paid at the time of booking.
The unused voucher amount is non-refundable and cannot be reused in future bookings.
