    • The voucher is valid throughout the year, providing great flexibility in travel planning.

  3. Additional amenities:

    • Full equipment and comfort of the apartments.
    • Possibility to use services such as: extra cleaning, early check-in, late check-out, Romantic Package, amenities for Families with Children

  4. Any date:

    • Guests decide themselves when to use the voucher.
  • Scope of validity: The voucher can be redeemed for a stay in any apartment in all our locations, the House on the Water, the House in Kashubia or Masuria managed by Downtown Apartments
  • Validity period: The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Reservations: Reservations must be made through our website.
  • Amount: The voucher can be used in full or partially – any price difference must be paid.
  • More than one value voucher can be used in a single reservation – the price of the stay will be reduced by their total value.
  • Refunds and exchanges: The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
  • Additional costs: If the value of the stay exceeds the voucher amount, the difference must be paid at the time of booking.

  • The unused voucher amount is non-refundable and cannot be reused in future bookings.
