The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building situated right on the banks of the Motława River. The building offers access to the SPA zone, which includes: a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym. Use of the amenities is subject to availability.
A parking space in the garage is allocated to the apartment. The parking space is intended for a vehicle with a maximum weight of 2 tons and dimensions not exceeding 5 meters in length and 1.5 meters in height. Detailed instructions with the number and exact dimensions of the space are included in the offer and check-in instructions sent on the day of arrival. Improper parking will result in the necessity to call a service, which will incur an additional fee.
LOCATION
The apartment is located at 11 Szafarnia Street, in one of the most prestigious and attractive parts of Gdańsk, right on the Motława River and in the direct vicinity of the Gdańsk marina. This exceptional location allows you to enjoy the city's atmosphere, beautiful views, and proximity to the most important tourist attractions.
Just a few minutes' walk separates the apartment from Long Market, Neptune's Fountain, Green Gate, and the historic Old Town. Nearby are also Granaries Island, Gdańsk Crane, World War II Museum, and numerous walking trails along the Motława River. It is an ideal place for those who want to discover the charms of Gdańsk without using a car.
Another great advantage of the location is its proximity to the sea - the nearest beach in Stogi is about 6 km away, and it takes about 15 minutes to reach by car. In the summer season, it is also easy to reach the beaches in Brzeźno and Jelitkowo.
