At Downtown Apartments, we combine exceptional locations with refined design to create perfect places for relaxation. Sunset Wood Resort 3 cottage, located close to the sea, offers a peaceful atmosphere close to nature and interiors designed with comfort and aesthetics in mind.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT

A unique, two-level 55 m² cottage impresses with its designer decor, homely character, and cozy atmosphere. The combination of natural wood, brick, modern details, and warm accents creates a stylish interior ideal for family relaxation or stay with friends. The thoughtful layout provides convenience and comfort, and the apartment is intended for a maximum of 7 adults.

First floor:

• The first level features a spacious living room that is the heart of the apartment. Guests can enjoy a comfortable sofa bed, and opposite it a TV with satellite channels and Smart TV functionality. In the corner, there is a cozy wood-burning fireplace that creates a special atmosphere during cooler evenings. Large windows brighten the interior and lead to the outdoor relaxation area.
• Behind the cottage is a spacious, private terrace furnished with comfortable garden chairs and a table. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee, relaxing outdoors, or a quiet evening in an intimate atmosphere.
• The modern kitchenette combines functionality with aesthetics. It is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, coffee machine, fridge and washing machine. Next to it is a dining table with chairs, which provides a comfortable space for shared meals and spending time together. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices is prepared.

Second floor:

• The upper level houses a comfortable bedroom with three single beds. The bright interior and cozy accents promote peaceful rest, and the room layout works perfectly for children or a group of friends.
• Second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and an atmospheric decor with decorative wallpaper, creating an elegant and relaxing space to rest after a day full of experiences.
• The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and stylish fittings. Carefully selected materials and elegant finishing ensure comfort and convenience during the stay. Guests are provided with hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries, including shower gel, shampoo and soap.

LOCATION

The house is located on Grzybiarzy Street in Tupadły, in a quiet and intimate area right next to Jastrzębia Góra—one of the most popular seaside resorts on the Polish coast. It is an excellent location for those seeking relaxation close to the sea while being away from the city bustle.

In summer, the area delights with wide beaches as well as numerous walking and cycling routes. Within minutes you can reach the beaches of Jastrzębia Góra, Ostrowo and Karwia, ideal for sunbathing and active recreation. Nearby in Jastrzębia Góra center, you will find restaurants, cafés, ice cream parlors and holiday attractions for the whole family.

In spring and autumn, the area becomes a true paradise for nature lovers and peaceful rest. Picturesque cliffs, forests and paths along the coastline encourage walking, nordic walking and cycling tours. It is also an ideal time to visit the Rozewie Lighthouse, Lisi Jar Gorge and Baltic Sea viewpoints.

In winter, the region amazes with silence, sea air rich in iodine and the unique climate of empty beaches and the harsh, beautiful coast. It is an excellent place for regeneration, long walks along the seashore, and relaxation away from daily rush.

The location also provides convenient access to nearby attractions, such as Władysławowo, Hel, Puck and Tricity, enabling guests to combine their stay with exploring the entire region. The area contains grocery stores, restaurants and service points, guaranteeing comfort during every visit regardless of the season.
