At Downtown Apartments, we combine unique locations with refined design, creating places perfect for relaxation. Sunset Wood Resort 1, located close to the sea, offers a peaceful atmosphere near nature and interiors designed with comfort and aesthetics in mind.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT

A unique, two-level house with an area of 55 m² impresses with its designer decor, homely character, and cozy atmosphere. The combination of natural wood, brick, modern details, and warm accents creates a stylish interior perfect for a family vacation or a stay with friends. A thoughtful room layout ensures convenience and comfort, and the apartment is designed for up to 7 adults.

First floor:

• On the first level there is a spacious living room which is the heart of the apartment. Guests have at their disposal a comfortable fold-out sofa, opposite which is a TV with satellite channels and Smart TV function. In the corner of the room, there is an atmospheric wood-burning fireplace that creates a unique atmosphere during cooler evenings. Large windows illuminate the interior and lead to the outdoor relaxation area.
• Behind the house there is a spacious, private terrace equipped with comfortable garden armchairs and a table. It is an ideal place for morning coffee, relaxing in the fresh air, or a quiet evening in an intimate atmosphere.
• The modern kitchenette combines functionality with aesthetics. It is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, and washing machine. Next to it is a dining table with chairs, which provides a comfortable place for shared meals and spending time together. For the convenience of guests, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.

Second floor:

• The upper level houses a comfortable bedroom equipped with three single beds. The bright interior and cozy accents promote peaceful rest, and the room layout works perfectly for children or a group of friends.
• The second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and a cozy decor with decorative wallpaper, creating an elegant and relaxing space for rest after a day full of experiences.
• The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and stylish fittings. Carefully selected materials and elegant finishes provide comfort and convenience during the stay. Guests will find hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, and soap.

LOCATION

The house is located on Grzybiarzy Street in Tupadły, in a quiet and intimate area right next to Jastrzębia Góra - one of the most popular seaside resorts on the Polish coast. This is an excellent location for those seeking relaxation close to the sea, yet away from the city hustle and bustle.

In summer, the area delights with wide beaches and numerous walking and cycling trails. In just a few minutes you can reach the beaches in Jastrzębia Góra, Ostrowo, or Karwia, perfect for sunbathing and active leisure. Nearby Jastrzębia Góra center offers restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, and holiday attractions for the whole family.

In spring and autumn, the area becomes a true paradise for nature lovers and peaceful relaxation. Picturesque cliffs, forests, and paths along the coast invite to walks, Nordic walking, and bike rides. It is also a perfect time to visit the Lighthouse in Rozewie, Lisie Jar Gorge, and viewpoints over the Baltic Sea.

In winter, the region enchants with silence, sea air rich in iodine, and the unique atmosphere of empty beaches and the harsh, beautiful coastline. It is an excellent place for regeneration, long walks along the seashore, and rest away from everyday rush.

The location also provides convenient access to nearby attractions such as Władysławowo, Hel, Puck, and the Tri-City area, allowing you to combine your stay with exploring the whole region. Nearby you will find grocery stores, restaurants, and service points, ensuring comfort during every stay - regardless of the season.
