ABOUT THE APARTMENT

Elegant and functional, the 28 m² apartment, furnished in light, muted colors, combines resting comfort with practical everyday solutions. The carefully designed space makes it perfect for both short tourist stays and longer business trips. The apartment is intended for up to 3 people.

• The main part of the apartment is a comfortable sleeping area with a cozy double bed that ensures full relaxation and rest. Opposite the bed is a TV with cable channels and Smart TV function. Next to the bed there is a fold-out sofa that serves as an additional sleeping place or a comfortable space for daytime rest. The apartment also includes a work or study area and a spacious wardrobe.

• The apartment is equipped with a practical kitchenette that allows convenient meal preparation. Guests have at their disposal a induction cooktop, washing machine, refrigerator, kettle and coffee machine. Right next to it is a table with chairs providing a comfortable space for shared meals. For guests’ convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices is prepared.

• The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin and a hairdryer. The bright interior and functional solutions make the space comfortable and practical for daily use. Hotel towels and a basic set of cosmetics are prepared for guests.

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

In the common area there is a fitness room allowing active time.

The apartment located at Śląska Street 12 is situated in a modern part of Gdańsk, in Przymorze, close to the city's largest business district, neighboring the Olivia Centre, Alchemia and Arkońska Business Park complexes. It is a great location for both business and tourist stays, with convenient access to public transport, shops, restaurants, and services.

In summer, the area invites relaxation by the sea – close to Reagan Park, seaside walking and cycling paths and the beach in Brzeźno.

In winter, the location allows quick access to the atmospheric center of Gdańsk, seasonal attractions and modern places for meetings and relaxation such as Olivia Garden and the Olivia Star viewing terrace. It is a place that combines the convenience of urban stay with the proximity of attractions year-round.
