ABOUT THE APARTMENT

Elegant and functional, the 29 m² apartment, decorated in light, subdued colors, combines relaxation comfort with practical everyday solutions. The carefully designed space is perfect for both short tourist stays and longer business trips. The apartment is intended for up to 3 people.

• In the sleeping area, there is a comfortable double bed providing a cozy rest after a day full of experiences. Opposite the bed, there is a TV with cable channels and Smart TV functionality, allowing you to relax with your favorite movies and series. Below the TV is a practical desk, ideal for remote work or study. An additional convenience is the fold-out sofa, which can serve both as a place to rest during the day and as extra sleeping space. The apartment also features a spacious wardrobe, providing a comfortable storage place.

• The apartment is equipped with a functional kitchenette, allowing convenient meal preparation. Guests have at their disposal an induction hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, and kettle. Next to it is a table with chairs, creating a comfortable space for shared meals, morning coffee, or work. A welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared for guests' convenience.

• The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and hairdryer. The bright interior and aesthetic finish make it a comfortable and pleasant space for daily use. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries are prepared for guests.

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

There is a fitness room available in the common area, allowing active leisure time.

LOCATION

The apartment located at ul. Śląska 12 is situated in the modern part of Gdańsk, in Przymorze, close to the city's largest business hub, near the Olivia Centre, Alchemia, and Arkońska Business Park complexes. This is a great location both for business and tourist stays, with convenient access to public transport, shops, restaurants, and services.

In summer, the area encourages relaxation by the sea – close to Reagan Park, seaside walking and cycling routes, and the Brzeźno beach.

In winter, the location allows quick access to the charming center of Gdańsk, seasonal attractions, and modern meeting and relaxation places. Nearby are Olivia Garden and the Olivia Star observation deck. This is a place combining the convenience of city stay with year-round proximity to attractions.
