ABOUT THE APARTMENT

A functional 31 m² apartment, furnished in a light, subdued color scheme with elegant navy accents, combines comfort for relaxation with practical everyday solutions. The carefully designed space makes it perfect for both short tourist stays and longer business trips. The apartment is intended for a maximum of 3 people.

• In the sleeping area there is a comfortable double bed providing restful comfort after a day full of experiences. Opposite the bed is a TV with cable channels and Smart TV function, allowing relaxation with favorite movies and series. Below the TV is a practical desk, ideal for remote work or study. An additional convenience is a fold-out sofa, which can serve both as a place to relax during the day and as extra sleeping space. The apartment also features a spacious wardrobe, providing convenient storage space.

• The apartment is equipped with a functional kitchenette that allows convenient meal preparation. Available to guests are a induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and kettle. Right next to it is a table with chairs, creating a comfortable space for shared meals, morning coffee, or work. For guest convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices is provided.

• The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and hairdryer. The bright interior and aesthetic finish make it a comfortable and pleasant space for daily use. Hotel towels and a basic set of cosmetics are prepared for guests.

A fitness room is available in the common area, allowing for active leisure time.

The apartment located at Śląska 12 street is situated in the modern part of Gdańsk, in Przymorze, close to the city's largest business hub, neighboring the Olivia Centre, Alchemia, and Arkońska Business Park complexes. It is a great location for both business and tourist stays, with convenient access to public transport, shops, restaurants, and services.

In summer the area encourages relaxation by the sea — close to Reagan Park, seaside walking and cycling routes, and the Brzeźno beach.

In winter the location allows quick access to the historic center of Gdańsk, seasonal attractions, and modern meeting and relaxation spots. Nearby are Olivia Garden and the Olivia Star viewing terrace. This place combines the convenience of city living with proximity to attractions year-round.
