​ABOUT THE APARTMENT

Modern, air-conditioned apartment with an area of 34 m², designed for up to 4 people, furnished in an elegant and coherent style dominated by subdued beiges, greys, and natural wood accents. The bright interior, carefully selected accessories, and harmonious color scheme create a cozy yet very aesthetic space, ideal both for leisure and business stays.

• The main part of the apartment is designed as a comfortable, open space combining the sleeping and relaxation functions. It features a double bed, Smart TV, and a practical work space under the TV. The elegant character of the interior is emphasized by the upholstered wall panel, ambient lighting, harmoniously selected furniture, and spacious wardrobes in the hallway that provide convenient storage space.

• An additional advantage of the apartment is access to the balcony, which provides natural light and emphasizes the spaciousness of the interior.

• Kitchenette is styled in a modern manner combining bright cabinetry with a wooden countertop and subtle dark details. Guests have at their disposal a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, and coffee machine, making the apartment convenient for both short and longer stays. For guests' comfort, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.

• Bathroom is finished in a fresh, modern style. It features a spacious shower and hairdryer. Light tiles and minimalist fittings ensure the interior is aesthetic, neat, and comfortable for daily use. For guests, hotel towels and a basic set of cosmetics are provided.

The apartment is air-conditioned.

There is a paid underground parking hall "Interparking Chmielna 110" (5 PLN per hour) in the building, however, availability of spaces depends solely on the parking operator.

Next to the building, there is a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage zone, and a jacuzzi available for 150 PLN/1.5h. Advance reservation is required, which must be made and paid for at the Prana SPA reception in the Radisson Hotel.

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building, which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The apartment's location is unique. Leaving the building means encountering pleasant views. The river, historic tenement houses of the Old Town, and the historic Żuraw crane. On the ground floor of the neighboring building, you will find trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and the popular evening meeting spot club SASSY.
