​ABOUT THE APARTMENT

A modern, air-conditioned apartment of 38 m², designed for up to 4 people, decorated in an elegant and coherent style dominated by calm beiges, grays, and natural wood accents. The bright interior, carefully selected accessories, and harmonious color scheme create a cozy yet very aesthetic space, perfect for both leisure and business stays.

• The living area is designed as a comfortable relaxation zone. It features a comfortable, sofa bed, which can also serve as an additional sleeping place. The interior stands out with its cozy character, emphasized by soft fabrics, decorative pillows, elegant curtains, and subtle wall accents. Together, they create a consistent and very pleasant space for rest.

• Kitchenette is styled in a modern design combining light cabinetry with a wooden countertop and dark details. Guests have at their disposal a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, and coffee maker, ensuring convenience for both short and longer stays. Right next to it is a dining table with chairs, which is an ideal place for shared meals, morning coffee, or quiet work on a laptop. For guests’ convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.

• The sleeping area is separated to ensure comfort and privacy. It includes a double bed, wardrobe, and a Smart TV placed opposite. The decor of this zone encourages relaxation and quietness - noticeable features include the upholstered wall panel, mood lighting, and soft, muted colors, giving the interior an elegant boutique character.

• The bathroom is finished in a fresh, modern style. It includes a comfortable shower and hairdryer. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries are prepared for guests.

​IMPORTANT AMENITIES

The apartment is air-conditioned.

The building operates an underground paid parking garage "Interparking Chmielna 110" (5 PLN per hour), with availability subject solely to the parking operator.

Next door in the building, there is a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage area, and jacuzzi available for 150 PLN/1.5 hours. Prior reservation is required, which together with payment should be made at the Prana SPA reception at the Radisson hotel.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building, which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The apartment’s location is unique. Exiting the building you encounter pleasant views. The river, historic Old Town townhouses, and the historic Żuraw crane. On the ground floor of the neighboring building you will find trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and the popular evening gathering spot club SASSY.
