ABOUT THE APARTMENT

The 42 m² apartment has been furnished in an elegant, bright style with subtle gold accents, creating a cozy yet modern space ideal both for a short city break and for a longer stay. The interior has been designed for a maximum of 4 people, providing comfortable rest and functional solutions for couples, families or business travelers.

• The heart of the apartment is the air-conditioned living area, furnished in an elegant, bright style with subtle gold accents. The comfortable relaxation area is equipped with SMART TV, and a spacious glass wardrobe adds lightness and a modern character to the interior.

• The kitchenette has been equipped with a dishwasher, an electric kettle and a coffee machine, making it convenient for preparing quick snacks. Right next to it there is a table with comfortable chairs, ideal for shared meals, morning coffee or working on a laptop. For guests' convenience a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices has been prepared.

The apartment offers two bedrooms separated by a glass wall that can be fully closed, allowing you to maintain privacy and flexibly arrange the space.

• First bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and two stylish armchairs creating a cozy relaxation area.

• Second bedroom provides equally comfortable rest thanks to another double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a calm, harmonious arrangement.
• Guests have at their disposal a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a hairdryer. The whole has been designed with attention to detail and functionality, offering a high standard of finish, comfort of use and a coherent aesthetic. Guests are provided with hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The apartment is air-conditioned.

There is an underground, paid parking garage in the building: \"Interparking Chmielna 110\" (5zł per hour), however availability of spaces depends solely on the parking operator.

In the neighboring building there is a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage area as well as a jacuzzi (paid 150zł/1,5h). Advance reservation is required and must be made and paid for at the Prana SPA reception in the Radisson hotel.

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building that forms part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The apartment's location is unique. Stepping out of the building means encountering pleasant views: the river, the historic townhouses of the Old Town and the historic crane Żuraw. On the ground floor of the neighboring building you will find trendy restaurants, a grocery store and the popular evening meeting place club SASSY.
