ABOUT THE APARTMENT

A comfortable 53 m² apartment, designed for up to 4 adults, offering a modern space ideal for both short stays and longer vacations.

• A bright and modernly furnished living room forms the heart of the apartment. It features a comfortable sofa bed and a coffee table, creating a pleasant relaxation area. Opposite there is a TV with cable channels and Smart TV function, perfect for evening relaxation. Large windows provide natural light and enhance the sense of space. In the hallway, there is a spacious wardrobe with mirrored fronts that visually enlarge the interior and offer plenty of storage space.

• The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with high-quality appliances: induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, and electric kettle. Thoughtful design and elegant finishes ensure comfort during meal preparation. Right next to it, there is a dining table with chairs - a perfect space for shared breakfasts and dinners. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices has been prepared.

• Upstairs there is a cozy bedroom with a large double bed, ensuring a comfortable sleep. Guests also have at their disposal a desk for work or studying and a spacious wardrobe that allows convenient unpacking even during longer stays.

• An additional advantage of the apartment is a separate utility room with a washing machine, which significantly enhances comfort during longer stays.

• The stylish bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower and a hairdryer, offering everything needed for daily comfort. Guests are provided with hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries - shower gel, shampoo, and soap.

The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage hall.

The apartment is air-conditioned.

The apartment is located in a modern apartment building on Solidarności Avenue, in a well-connected part of Warsaw. It is a great base for exploring the city - nearby are the Old Town, Saxon Garden as well as numerous museums, restaurants, and cafés. The proximity of public transport allows quick access both to the city center and other popular districts, making this location ideal both for a city break and longer stays.
