ABOUT THE APARTMENT

Apartment of 38 m² offers a bright, modern space with a cozy, elegant character, ideal for both leisure and business stays, intended for a maximum of 2 adults.

• Living room is the heart of the apartment and has been equipped with a comfortable non-convertible sofa, which provides comfortable relaxation during the day. Opposite is a television with Smart TV function, ideal for evening relaxation, and by the window there is a practical desk, perfect for remote work or planning the day.
• An additional asset of the apartment is the sunny balcony, ideal for morning coffee and a moment of relaxation outdoors.
• Kitchenette harmoniously connects with the living area and is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge and induction hob, allowing easy meal preparation. Right next to it there is a dining table with chairs, creating a convenient space for shared meals or morning coffee. For guests' convenience a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic condiments is prepared.
• Bedroom provides a peaceful rest area and is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a large, spacious wardrobe, which easily holds clothes even during longer stays. The bright interior and carefully chosen details promote relaxation and recovery
• Bathroom is arranged in a modern style and offers a shower, washing machine and hair dryer, providing full comfort for daily use. Altogether it creates a coherent, functional space that will meet the expectations of even the most demanding guests. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries have been prepared for guests.​

The apartment is located in Mokotów, in a modern and green part of Warsaw that combines tranquillity with excellent connections to the city centre. Nearby there are numerous restaurants, cafés, shops and walking areas, and convenient access to Chopin Airport and the business district makes the location ideal for both tourist and business stays.
