Rules of the Game "Following the Traces of Lwów Hewelion"

1. Organizer:

The organizer of the game is Downtown Apartments.

2. Purpose of the game:

The purpose of the game is to promote Gdańsk and encourage active outdoor leisure by discovering historic places related to the Hewelion Lions. Additionally, the game aims to increase engagement on the Instagram profile @downtownapartments.

3. Duration of the game:

The game starts on 21.03.2025 and lasts until 04.05 inclusive.

4. Participants:

Any person who meets the conditions specified in these rules can participate in the game. Minors participate in the game with the consent of their legal guardians.

5. Participation rules:

The participant must be a guest of Downtown Apartments during the above-mentioned period. The organizer reserves the right to verify the reservation. The participant should take a walk along the Hewelion Lion Trail in Gdańsk. During the walk, a photo must be taken with any lion located on the trail or at the Gdańsk ZOO. The photo should be posted on the participant’s Instagram profile, tagging the organizer’s profile @downtownapartments. The participant's profile must be public.

6. Prizes:

Every participant who meets the conditions of the game will receive a message on Instagram with instructions on how to claim a surprise. Surprises vary and are assigned randomly. The organizer reserves the right to change the prize pool during the promotion.

7. Final provisions:

The organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate the rules. In matters not regulated by these rules, the decision is made by the organizer. By participating in the game, the participant accepts the rules of these regulations. Participants' personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of implementing the game, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The game is not a lottery but a promotional action.
