Downtown Apartments is the perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of your own apartment. Comfortable, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, gently scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our Guests are also welcomed with a set of complimentary teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Grano Residence 2 is a comfortable and well-equipped apartment located on the border of Gdańsk's Old Town. Exceptionally spacious 47 square meters guarantee a pleasant stay for up to four people. The comfortable bedroom with a double bed, TV, workspace, and a spacious wardrobe, a pleasant living room with a fold-out sofa, TV, combined with a fully equipped kitchenette. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. An additional space is provided by a terrace.
The apartment comes with a parking space in the underground garage.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building completed at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel investment. Due to the proximity of the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel’s SPA area, which includes a swimming pool, gym, and massage area. Access to it is subject to additional charges and availability.
The building is located on the Granary Island in Gdańsk, right on the border of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, aesthetically pleasing apartment buildings, access to the river, and proximity to the Old Town are the direct neighbors of the building.
Due to construction work near the building, some apartments may experience noise. We apologize for the inconvenience.
