The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building completed in 2022. The building is situated directly adjacent to the Old Town, right next to the Motława River and one of Gdańsk’s popular attractions — the World War II Museum. The area has many restaurants, cafés, and a grocery store.
A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area comprising a children's playroom, gym, workspaces, and a rooftop terrace with a stunning view of the river and the Gdańsk Shipyard. Use of these additional areas is included in the apartment price.
