Chlebova 4.11 is an extraordinarily wonderful apartment. It is stylish and spacious, fully equipped, and functionally furnished. It is intended for a maximum of four people, with a bedroom equipped with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe, a living room connected to a well-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a comfortable shower and a washing machine. An additional space in the apartment is the balcony, which offers a fantastic view of the river. It will be pure pleasure to have morning coffee there.
The apartment comes with a parking space in the underground garage.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building completed in 2022. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town, right next to the Motława River and one of Gdańsk's more popular attractions – the Museum of the Second World War. There are many restaurants, cafes, and a grocery store in the area.
One of the great advantages of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building consisting of a children's playroom, a gym, workspace, and a rooftop terrace with a breathtaking view of the river and the Gdańsk Shipyard. Access to additional areas is included in the price of the apartment.
