Chlebova 2.20 is definitely a pleasant apartment. It is spacious, fully equipped, and functionally designed. It is intended for a maximum of 4 adults, for whom a bedroom equipped with a double bed and a TV, a living room combined with a suitably equipped kitchenette and dining area, and a bathroom with a comfortable shower and washing machine have been prepared. An additional space in the apartment is the balcony. Enjoying morning coffee there will be a pure pleasure.
The apartment comes with a parking space in the underground garage.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building that was put into use in 2022. The building is situated in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town, right next to the Motława River and one of Gdańsk's more popular attractions — The Museum of the Second World War. There are many restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores in the area.
A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from the location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building comprising a children's playroom, gym, workspace and a roof terrace with a stunning view of the river and the Gdańsk Shipyard. Use of the additional zones is included in the price of the apartment.
