The apartment is located in a modern apartment building completed in 2022. The building is situated in direct vicinity of the Old Town, right next to the Motława River and one of Gdańsk's popular attractions — the Museum of the Second World War. In the area, there are many restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, aside from its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building, consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and workspace. To emphasize the uniqueness of the location, a rooftop terrace is available for guests. It offers a charming view of: Główne Miasto, ships cruising on the Motława, the Granary Island, and the Port. Access to the additional areas is included in the apartment price.
