The great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a playroom for children, a gym and a sauna. The use of the zone is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters.
