The apartment, despite its small size, has 38 m2, will meet the requirements of the most demanding. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment makes everything in its place. A comfortable double bed, a TV with the SMART function and a comfortable sofa with an Italian frame that gives you comfort while sleeping. In this small space there is a place for a table with four chairs, which will easily provide comfort during the morning breakfast and any other breakfast. The preparation of a meal is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where we will find everything needed for a few days' stay.
The Nadmotłwie c4c42 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes away on foot from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, we will still be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town. The great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a playroom for children, a gym and a sauna. The use of the zone is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows entry for cars equipped with an LPG installation. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent.
