Downtown Apartments are a perfect combination of the highest class hotel with the functionality of your own apartment. Nadmotławie 30 is a very good choice for a pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for a 2 + 1 family or a couple. The apartment, despite its small size, is 27m2, it can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. The layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable bed 160 cm wide, right next to a TV set and in front of it a small sofa with a sleeping function. In this small space there is a place for a bar, which will easily provide comfort during your morning breakfast. Preparation of a meal is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where we can find everything needed for a few days' stay. A balcony is an additional space.
The Nadmotłwie 30 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk away from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, we will still be accompanied by the view of the river, the yacht marina or the Old Town houses. The great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a playroom for children, a gym and a sauna. The use of the zone is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows entry for cars equipped with an LPG installation. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent.
* a city tax of PLN 2.2 per person per night and a returnable deposit in the form of pre-authorization on a credit / debit card in the amount of PLN 400 must be added to the price of the stay.
