Nadmotławie 142 is a very good choice for a pleasant weekend in Gdańsk. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 adults or a family of 2 + 2. Despite its small size, it is 28 m2 and will meet the requirements of most. Its distinguishing feature is the open-air space. An additional usable space of the apartment is a large terrace - an ideal place to play for the youngest and to sunbathe for the little older ones. The apartment is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, a sofa bed and a TV with the SMART function.
The Nadmotłwie 142 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk away from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, we will still be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town. The great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a playroom for children, a gym and a sauna. The use of the zone is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows entry for cars equipped with an LPG installation. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent.
