There is also a properly equipped kitchenette and a table with chairs. Of course, the apartment also has a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine.

Apartament Nadmotławie 22 is located in a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is located right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, nevertheless, on the way to the Old Town, you will be constantly accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.

The great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a playroom for children, a gym and a sauna. The use of the zone is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage hall, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows cars equipped with LPG installations to enter. The number of places in the garage hall is limited, and their availability, unfortunately, is independent. The cost of renting a place in the hall is PLN 5/hour, PLN 40/day.
