Aura III 29 is an incredibly lovely apartment. It is located on the 4th floor in a modern apartment building just next to the river. It is designed for maximum 4 people, but full comfort can be enjoyed by a couple or a family with 2 children.
38-meter apartment consists of living room with kitchen annexe, separate bathroom, bedroom and a balcony. The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage for cars with a maximum size of 5 meters in length, 1.5 meters in height.
Apartment is located on Spichrzów Island, which is experiencing a truly revival. Lovely restaurants, cafes and modern, attractive to the eye apartment buildings, access to the river and proximity to the Old Town are her biggest advantages.
