ABOUT THE APARTMENT

The 31 m² apartment is designed for a maximum of 3 adults, making it perfect for both couples and a 2+1 family. It impresses with its modern, consistent decor, warm color scheme, and functional design.

• The heart of the apartment is a cozy living room furnished in a modern, refined style. It includes a sofa bed (providing an additional sleeping place for one person) positioned opposite the television, creating a comfortable space to relax after a day full of experiences. A wardrobe is located in the corner of the room, offering convenient storage. The interior features elegant finishing, a warm color palette, wooden herringbone flooring, and designer lighting that gives the space a unique character.
• The apartment also includes a balcony, which provides a pleasant spot for a moment of relaxation and rest.
• The kitchenette is designed with convenience and functionality in mind. Guests have at their disposal an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, coffee machine, and kettle, making the apartment suitable for both short and longer stays. The kitchen cabinetry combines natural wood tones with fashionable green and black accents, creating a stylish and cohesive space. Right next to it is a dining table with chairs, perfect for shared meals, remote work, or morning coffee. For guests’ comfort, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.
• Bedroom is separated by impressive, glass sliding doors that give the interior lightness and a modern character. The room contains a comfortable double bed and practical wall-mounted cabinets that provide additional storage space.
• The modern bathroom is finished with attention to detail and user comfort. Guests have at their disposal a convenient shower and hairdryer. The stylish combination of darker tiles and elegant accessories makes the space both practical and very aesthetic. Fresh towels and a basic set of toiletries are prepared for guests.

On the building’s roof there is a viewing terrace with a panorama of the Gdańsk Shipyard and the modern center of Gdańsk.

LOCATION

The area around the apartment offers many interesting attractions. Right nearby is the Gdańsk Shipyard and the European Solidarity Centre museum. Many restaurants are located within the 100cznia area, where you can relax on a deck chair. Just next door, in a post-shipyard building, is the Foodhall Montownia. Here you will discover flavors less common in the Tri-City area so far: Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, and Japan, as well as classics of the genre: Italian and American cuisine. Authentic elements have been incorporated into the new interior. Entertainment is provided by the Electricians’ Street nearby. It takes only 15 minutes on foot to get to the Old Town and the most popular Długa Street, from which you can explore the best attractions of Gdańsk. An additional advantage is convenient access to the beach, which is about 20 minutes by car or public transport.
