The apartment includes a parking space in the garage hall. The parking space is designed for a vehicle with a maximum weight of 2 tons and dimensions not exceeding 5 meters in length and 1.8 meters in height. Improper parking will result in the need to call service, which will incur an additional fee.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a very modern apartment building situated right next to the river, allowing access to the SPA zone consisting of a pool, gym, sauna, and jacuzzi. Availability depends on the number of available spots.
