The Nadmotławie C15 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right by the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the neighborhood is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's historic buildings.

A major advantage of the building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the communal area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an extra fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits entry for cars fitted with an LPG system. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 zł/hour, 40 zł/day.
