The Nadmotławie B36 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right by the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The Old Town is a few minutes' walk from the apartment. Although the area is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will continually be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the tenement houses of the Old Town. 

A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom and a gym. Use of the area is included in the apartment price.
