Downtown Apartments is a combination of prestigious locations and the highest comfort. Houseboat Zefir located in the center of Gdańsk on the Motława River is an excellent base for discovering the charms of the city in summer, and outside the season provides peace and quiet, ideal for relaxation all year round.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT

Stay in an unusual place – a modern house on the water that enchants with its unique atmosphere and marina view. It is an ideal option for up to 5 adults who value comfort, privacy and unforgettable experiences.

• A spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed, which can also serve as an additional sleeping place. For complete relaxation there is a TV, allowing you to watch your favorite movies and series. Panoramic windows let in plenty of natural light and allow you to enjoy the view of the water.

• At the entrance to the house there is a private terrace with garden furniture, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or spend an evening with a glass of wine, watching the calm waves.

• A modern kitchenette equipped with the necessary appliances for preparing meals, a kettle and essential dishes. Next to it there is a dining table with chairs, ideal for shared breakfasts or dinners with a view of the marina. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices has been prepared.

• The house contains two bedrooms, both with a large double bed ensuring a comfortable sleep. The interior creates an atmosphere conducive to relaxation.

• A functional and elegant bathroom equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. Stylish finishes give it character, and modern solutions provide the convenience of daily use.  Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries have been prepared for guests. For the guests' convenience a second bathroom has also been prepared.

A sauna is available to guests. Use is included in the price.

Our house on the water is located in the very center of Gdańsk – in the marina by the Motława River, right by the Stągiewny Bridge and in the immediate vicinity of Szafarnia Street. This location combines convenient access to the main attractions of the Old Town with an atmosphere of peace and privacy. Nearby there are numerous restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and waterfront walking routes, and the surrounding streets delight with architecture and a wealth of monuments. It is an ideal location for those seeking both convenience and the unique atmosphere of Gdańsk.

PLEASE NOTE THAT, DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL, THE SAUNA IS CLOSED FOR STAYS UNTIL 28.02. WE ARE VERY SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.

Please note that on the credit/debit card provided in the reservation we also place a hold for a refundable deposit/security deposit of 500 zł.
