Apartments Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel standard with the functionality of your own home. Granaria B607 is a spacious apartment located in the very heart of Gdańsk, in a prestigious investment on the Spichrzów Island. It was designed with comfort and convenience for 4 people in mind, making it perfect both for family vacations and a stay with friends. 

The bright living room impresses with its high sloping ceilings and a large window that lets in plenty of natural light. A comfortable sofa and minimalist coffee table create an ideal place to relax. The kitchenette with an industrial accent in the form of a brick wall is equipped with modern appliances and practical cabinets, while next to it there is a dining area with an elegant table and chairs.

The bedroom impresses with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe providing ample space to store clothes and personal belongings.

The exceptionally elegant bathroom is decorated in beige and white tones, using high-quality materials. A spacious rain shower cabin, a built-in toilet, and a large cabinet with a sink ensure both comfort and aesthetics.

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

Next door in the building, there is a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage zone, as well as a jacuzzi available for 150 PLN/1.5 hours. Prior reservation is required, which along with payment must be made at the Prana SPA reception in the Radisson hotel.

​An underground paid parking hall "Interparking Chmielna 110" operates in the building (5 PLN per hour), with availability depending solely on the parking operator.​

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a modern apartment building completed in 2024, which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The apartment's location is one of a kind. Leaving the building means encountering pleasant views. The river, historic Old Town townhouses, and the historic Żuraw crane. On the ground floor of the neighboring building, you will find trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and the popular evening meeting spot, the SASSY club.
