Granaria A609 is a spacious, two-level apartment located in the very heart of Gdańsk, in a prestigious development on Spichrzów Island. It was designed with comfort and convenience for 6 people in mind, making it perfect for both family holidays and stays with friends. 

The bright living room impresses with high slanted ceilings and a large window that lets in plenty of natural light. A comfortable sofa bed and a minimalist coffee table create the perfect place to relax. The kitchenette with an industrial touch in the form of a brick wall is equipped with modern appliances and practical cabinets, and next to it is the dining area with an elegant table and chairs.

Upstairs there are two separate, cozy bedrooms – each with a large double bed, spacious wardrobes, and storage space. Thanks to the proper arrangement of the rooms, guests can enjoy privacy and a peaceful sleep.

An exceptionally elegant bathroom is decorated in shades of gray and black, using high-quality materials. A spacious walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, a built-in toilet, and a spacious cabinet with a sink provide both comfort and aesthetics.

In the building next door, there is a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage area, and a jacuzzi available for 150 PLN/1.5 hours. Advance booking is required, which, along with payment, must be made at the Prana SPA reception in the Radisson hotel.

​The building features an underground, paid parking hall "Interparking Chmielna 110" (5 PLN per hour), with availability of spaces depending solely on the parking operator.​

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in 2024, which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The location of the apartment is unique. Exiting the building means encountering pleasant views. The river, historic Old Town tenement houses, and the historic Żuraw crane. On the ground floor of the neighboring building there are trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and a popular evening meeting spot – the SASSY club.
