The area of 45 square meters consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Additional space is provided by a balcony.

The apartment includes a parking space in the garage.
