The 62 m² apartment is an ideal choice for families, groups of friends, or several people traveling together, offering a comfortable stay for up to 6 adults.

• From the living room, there is access to a balcony with comfortable armchairs, offering a view of the green patio and gardens, creating a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
  
• The modern kitchenette is equipped with all the amenities needed during your stay: microwave, oven, induction hob, and dishwasher. This allows you to freely prepare meals regardless of the length of your stay. Right next to it is a dining table with chairs, ideal for shared breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.
