The apartment is located in a modern apartment building opened in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. You can admire the panorama of Gdańsk from the Amber Sky observation wheel located right next door, on the Ołowianka island. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town you'll find a variety of restaurants, shops and service outlets. The property features a pleasant, landscaped terrace. A huge advantage of the building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's shared area — consisting of a free gym, a children's playroom and a sauna available for an additional fee.
