Letnica 131 is a comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped apartment. 40 square meters is a guarantee of a comfortable stay for two and up to four people.

The apartment is located on the 13th floor of a modern apartment building put into use at the end of 2020. Letnica is a rapidly developing district of Gdańsk. Its immediate neighborhood includes the Gdańsk Stadium along with the Fun Arena, offering petrol go-karts, bungee jumping, escape rooms, and a playground for children. Access to the Old Town is definitely facilitated by the Tunnel under the Dead Vistula River. The apartment is also a short distance from Gdańsk's most popular beach — Brzeźno.
