The Downtown Apartments are the ideal combination of the highest hotel standard and the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, a gently scented shower gel, hair conditioner and body lotion. Our guests' stay is also made more pleasant by a welcome set in the form of a selection of teas, coffee and basic spices.
Grano Residence 2 is a comfortable and well-equipped apartment located on the edge of Gdańsk's Old Town. Exceptionally spacious 47 square meters guarantees a successful stay for up to four people. A comfortable bedroom with a double bed, TV, a workspace and a roomy wardrobe, a pleasant living room with a sofa bed, TV, connected to a fully equipped kitchenette. Of course there is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Additional space is provided by a terrace.
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building put into use at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel development. Thanks to the proximity of the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel's SPA area consisting of a swimming pool, gym and massage area. Use of it is additionally chargeable and subject to availability.
The building is located on Granary Island in Gdańsk, right on the border of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, eye-catching apartment buildings, access to the river and the proximity of the Old Town are in the immediate vicinity of the building.
Due to construction work near the building, noise may reach some apartments. We apologize for the inconvenience.
