The Downtown Apartments are the ideal combination of highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest is standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our guests are also welcomed with a welcome package containing tea, coffee, and basic spices.

Granaria C20 is a complete apartment! It has everything needed for a pleasant life and a very successful vacation. Stylish finishing, unique view, functional equipment, best location, adequate space. The 65-square-meter apartment guarantees a comfortable stay for 2, 4, and even 6 people, who can enjoy a shared, air-conditioned living room connected to a suitably equipped kitchenette, two individual bedrooms furnished with comfortable double beds and bathrooms. An additional space is provided by an intimate balcony, which offers an amazing view of the Motława River and the beautiful tenement houses of the historical Old Town.

Additionally, the apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage. The space is subject to an additional fee of 80 PLN per day.

 Guests have access to a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage area, and a jacuzzi for a fee of 150 PLN for 1.5 hours in the adjacent building. Prior reservation is required, which must be made at the Deo Plaza building reception along with payment.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building completed in 2020, which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The apartment's location is second to none. Exiting the building means encountering pleasant views. The river, historic tenement houses of the Old Town, or the historic crane Żuraw. On the ground floor of the building, you will find trendy restaurants, a grocery store, or the popular evening meeting place club SASSY.
