Dwa Motławy 11 is a very nice apartment. Its purpose is to provide comfort for a maximum of 5 people or a group of friends. The layout of the apartment, especially the fact that it is on two levels, means that with such a number of people, everyone will find a place for themselves both during night rest and during daily activities. The main room is a living room connected to a properly equipped kitchenette. On level 0 you will also find a bathroom with a shower. On the upper level, in a separate sleeping area, you will find a comfortable and large bed, as well as a sofa for up to two people.
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in 2021. Its undoubted advantage is its location - it is located several hundred meters from the Old Town and right next to the Motława River. Granary Island in Gdańsk is experiencing a real revival. Nice restaurants and cafes, modern, eye-catching apartment buildings, access to the river and proximity to the Old Town are its biggest advantages.
